In 1992 Eugene Lawrence founded Eugene Lawrence and Company, Inc. in Boston's historic Back Bay. Prior to that, Gene was educated at the New York School of Design and the acclaimed Pratt Institute. After graduation Gene apprenticed for two of New York's finest interior designers Jay Stuart and Michael Greer. The experience gained from these two great interior designers gave Gene the foundation that supports his current success.
Gene's projects have taken him from Boston to various US and International locations including New York, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, St. Bart, London, Mexico City and Saudi Arabia.
His design scope is extensive from cutting edge contemporary to 18th & 19th Century French, English and Continental furnishings with all the designs based on the clients taste, architecture of their residence, preferred color pallette and furniture style.
