Company Profile:

Peter Sachs Architect

Peter Sachs knows which historical architectural elements to incorporate into his designs and which to leave in the past, putting to good use his training at the University of Pennsylvania, an early apprenticeship with Robert Venturi and his own architectural practice in New York City. He brings experience and an invaluable perspective from years spent as a carpenter and builder earlier in his career. He specializes in solving problems in existing homes, connecting the old and the new in a way that forges a refreshed, unique sense of place.

Peter Sachs believes successful design is an expression of blending aesthetics with sound financial planning, whether designing entirely new residences or renovating an existing space. Always mindful of a home’s intrinsic design, natural setting and neighborhood, Sachs makes the ordinary extraordinary.
