The only show of its kind in New England, the Boston Home Décor Show will again feature an array of fine art galleries, antiques, Mid-Century Modern to contemporary furnishings, and interior design resources.

The four-day show and sale opens with a Gala Preview on Thursday, November 17 to benefit DIFFA: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS and a local Boston AIDS service organization: Community Research Initiative of New England (CRI).
The nationally-known special guests include: American furniture designer Dakota Jackson with the keynote presentation on Friday, and the exuberant textile designer Kathryn M. Ireland on Saturday. Plus other special programs and panel discussions.

(right) Preeminent interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland will be a special guest at the show on Saturday, November 19 with a program from 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Saturday: Cutting Edge Homes headed by Sean Cutting, President, presents a panel, “Keeping it Real: Interior Design, Home Remodeling, and the Real Estate Market”
Sunday: Ashley Rooney, author of Condo Makeovers: Inventive Ideas for Vertical Living, moderates a panel to discover how to design, construct, and accessorize challenging spaces.
Trefler’s of Newton, the oldest comprehensive restoration company in the U.S., will offer complimentary restoration estimates throughout the weekend. Visitors are encouraged to bring photographs of favorite furnishings, fine art, and decorative objects for a sneak peek into the renewal process.
