Kirby Perkins Construction

210 Old Airport Road
Middletown, RI 02842
Company Profile:

Kirby Perkins Construction is somewhat of an anomaly in New England’s construction industry. In an industry dominated by managers and subcontractors, Kirby Perkins has chosen to be primarily self performing, acquiring as many passionate, highly skilled craftsmen as possible to provide a lion’s share of the construction trades in-house. This business model gives them unprecedented control of quality, schedule and cost.

Jerry Kirby, a native of Newport, Rhode Island feels fortunate that he and his partner Tom Perkins have been able to work in a city with such rich architectural history. They have restored many of Newport’s iconic historical structures and built many of the Ocean Drive’s newest homes. Having the good fortune of working with New England’s most accomplished architects for the last 30 years has enabled them to stay ahead of the evolving technology of building construction.

Kirby Perkins works primarily in Rhode Island and Massachusetts while also occupying a Special Projects division managing jobs in Alicante, Spain, Aspen, Colorado, New York City and the Bahamas.

Lastly, satiated and wonderfully weary from the sun, salt and surf, we’re ready for a well-deserved...
