This year's HGTV Dream Home is located in one of the top vacation destinations in America: Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. The home is at once a charming, New England-style home and a sprawling, beachy retreat.
Take a step inside this gorgeous home, designed by Patrick Ahearn Architect.
On the first floor, a large living room with high ceilings provides the ultimate welcoming entrance. Lots of white and blue accents along with seashell and coral decor give the room a decidedly nautical feel.
Everything in the home has been carefully curated, right down to the table lamps, vases, and artwork.
A French door from the kitchen to the outdoor patio allows lots of natural light.
The kitchen also features state-of-the-art appliances, along with beautiful polished dark hardwood flooring. Wood accents and mouldings on the ceiling add to the home's nautical theme.
Below, a bird's eye view of the living room area. High windows were added to let in additional sunlight, and the hanging pendant lamp adds a unique and dramatic touch.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom wows with its unique teal shade and wood mouldings, along with an elegant crystal chandelier.
Below, a Master Bathroom with a view, and comfortable accents like the drapery and plush ottoman.
A children's room decked out in fun colors and patterns is the perfect place for kids and young guests.
