Encore Construction recently remodeled a treasured family homestead on the Cape. The house was bought by a couple in the 1970's and ownership was passed on to their daughter in 2004 when they could no longer care for it. 

In 2011, the daughter and her husband moved into the home permanently and knew immediately that they wanted to remodel. A relative recommended they contact Encore Construction.

The award winning design/build company worked closely with the new homeowners to meet their needs. In addition to infrastructure improvements, the homeowners wanted to improve their view of Cape Cod Bay. 

Encore Construction created a house remodel that included adding insulation, updating infrastructure, rebuilding the first floor, and remodeling the upstairs.
