Design Wood Floors at the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo

John DiPonzio and Suzanne Lockwood of Design Wood Floors recently attended the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo in Dallas, Texas.

The NWFA Wood Flooring Expo is the only convention and trade show in the world dedicated solely to wood flooring.  

New products that are more environmentally sensitive have invaded the industry - and that's a good thing! Companies offering reclaimed wood have emerged and other companies have created several varieties of natural coatings. There are many beautiful options for hardwood flooring finishes as well.

John submitted a floor for the “Best of Limited Species” competition. The floor named “Bramble Sky” was created with Santos Mahogany and Quartered Oak and cutouts of organics suspended in clear resin.
