Fall is Amber rum season, at least according to Twenty Boat Rum. 

Twenty Boat Rum honors the bold spirit of the Cape Cod rum runners, bootleggers whose Prohibition-era rum smuggling ring managed to elude the authorities and escape imprisonment. Twenty Boat Rum is hand-crafted in Truro in a small batch pot still from organic American sugar cane and molasses.

Their Amber rum, the spirit of the season, is a complex blend of flavors -- vanilla bean, caramel nuttiness, and butterscotch, balanced by the earthy aromas of molasses and tobacco.
