Kevin Cradock Builders: 25 Years of Excellence.
“Our achievements are in our projects,” says Kevin Cradock, president of Boston-based Kevin Cradock Builders. Celebrating 25 years in the industry, the firm specializes in custom building, new construction, and large-scale renovations for residential projects.
Cradock’s love of carpentry and appreciation for traditional craftmanship inspired him to establish his own business. He started his career as a finish carpenter, and now leads a 30-member team. Several of the KCB staff have been with Kevin from the beginning, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and homeowners on residences throughout greater Boston. With a cabinet and millwork shop, the team also crafts cabinetry, furniture, and architectural moldings for their clients’ projects.
Cradock’s customers appreciate his dedication to quality craftsmanship and time-honored building techniques. “We love technology, computers and power tools, but woodworking is in our DNA and we like to work with our hands whenever possible,” says Cradock. “Using traditional methods and tools is what we are all about.”
“The creativity that goes into building a home and the quality of our work keeps me excited,” says Cradock. “We also have great clients and together we’ve done amazing work over the years.” KCB’s high caliber projects have been recognized with numerous awards, and their projects have been seen in several publications.
Moving forward, KCB will continue building larger custom projects, while maintaining its focus on quality production and clear communication. Currently, the firm is working on renovation projects in Brookline, Back Bay, Lincoln, and Marion. Their most recent ground-up project is in Marblehead.
