Payne/Bouchier Awarded LEED Certification for two Recent Projects

Payne Bouchier LEED Certified project in Boston's South End

Payne/Bouchier's pursuit of Green building practices dates back many years to projects such as the renovation of the headquarters of the Thoreau Institute, which is owned and operated by the Walden Woods Project in Lincoln, MA.

Most recently Payne/Bouchier has been awarded LEED certification for projects in two Massachusetts historic districts, the first is a LEED Gold for a renovation in Falmouth's historic Woods Hole. The other home is the first ever LEED certified project in Boston's South End which earned Payne/Bouchier a LEED Silver certification.
