This oceanfront home located in Hampton, New Hampshire overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The homeowners wanted to embrace the stunning views with a casual beachfront elegance.

North Shore Oceanfront Renovation

This home is located on the North Shore, just outside of Boston, Massachusetts.  When TMS Architects began the renovation project, the extension that had been added to the home in the 1920’s was small and dark and needed to be adapted for a busy family’s lifestyle.

With the addition of architectural detailing and dramatic windows, the spaces now embrace the views and are opened up to the outside.

Mirror Lake Retreat

This beautiful home is sited on the edge of Lake Winnipesaukee in Mirror Lake, New Hampshire. TMS Architects designed the home’s architecture to compliment its natural setting of the lake and White Mountains. This was done so by designing the approximately 10,000-square-foot home to appear like a small New England cottage.
