Take a step inside this breezy beach cottage, built by Woodmeister Master Builders. Equal parts cozy and elegant, WestWind has an elevated beachy style. Not to mention, it is built to the NAHB Green Standard, and is a GOLD Certified home.
From its exterior, this abode is low-lying and unimposing, letting the surrounding sand dunes take center stage.

A compact patio area extends this home’s dining area outdoors, letting homeowners take advantage of the stellar view. We imagine many a summer evening spent taking in this unobstructed waterfront.

The outdoor scenery does the decorating here in this Master Bedroom space. An all-white palette keeps the low-ceilinged room feeling spacious, and airy curtains provide a complement to the sturdy wood paneling.

A breakfast nook gets tons of natural sunlight each morning. Bold décor choices like nautical pillows, a unique hanging pendant chandelier, and working weather station dials keep the space feeling beachy. The dining area even converts to a bed, for when extra guests stop by (we have a feeling this happens a lot in the summertime).

What beach house would be complete without a bar? This one was handcrafted by Woodmeister Master Builders out of ribbon-striped paldao with an ebony edge.

This room wears many hats—not only does it provide a great lookout point, it can also be converted into another guest bedroom space, with a hide-able Murphy bed.

In the kitchen, the Oriental Jade Bio Glass countertop looks stunning with the end grain bamboo cabinets. The sea foam color is gorgeous and soft but also brings a wonderful coolness to the room.

The couch provides the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy the ocean view. Small, low-wattage cable lights run across the ceiling.

This Master Bathroom gets an elegant update with the hanging chandelier and white and blue palette. It even features a glamorous vanity area with wonderful natural lighting.

Finally, the home’s back door drops you right on the beach. The Eastern white cedar shingles will naturally weather and turn grey over time, transforming to the classic and common “Cape Cod Grey” usually seen in the area.
