The Collective was founded in 2023 by Leslie Schneeberger, who is known for her distinctive, elegant, and highly personalized designs. Her unique artistry, and skill at helping clients refine and realize their design vision, has been cultivated over 25 years in the industry. For the past 15 years, Leslie has proven herself as a thought leader in the art and practice of creating extraordinary client experiences from first meetings through the life of the project.
