Elizabeth Swartz wins 1st Place in Envision Design Awards

Custom draperies by Elizabeth Swartz has won 1st place for Design of Custom Window Treatment by Window Fashion Vision Magazine. The Envision Design and Workroom Ingenuity Awards highlight the skills and design achievements of individual designers, design firms and window fashion designers and workrooms.

The award-winning project by Elizabeth Swartz consisted of window treatments for a large master suite window. The room has cathedral ceilings and magnificent views of a golf course.

Elizabeth Swartz accented the room with beautiful draperies and a gently arching valance. A motorized woven grass shade was also designed to provide lighting control and privacy when desired. Elizabeth Swartz designed the custom draperies to provide a relaxed, feminine and functional room that had both beauty and drama.

Elizabeth says on her blog that she’s honored to be recognized for this design project and that designing custom draperies and window treatments is one of her passions.
