It’s a new day at Turner Hill, as the residential golf community officially launched a new construction phase to build 53 new homes at a Ground Breaking Ceremony held on Wednesday, October 29.
Ipswich town officials, the development team and special guests gathered in front of Turner Hill’s grand Elizabethan mansion clubhouse as speakers Rose-Marie van Otterloo, Windover Construction’s President and CEO, Lee Dellicker and Brad Horner of Raveis Marketing Group spoke about the new development plans that will continue the evolution of the historic Great Estate community.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, President and CEO of Boston Magazine, Rick Waechter and Business Development Director, Christina Tassie Miller officially announced that Turner Hill will host Boston Magazine’s Design Home 2015 which marks their 11th Design Home project.
