Discover the charming lifestyle, history and traditions of one of the oldest towns in the United States on the Open Doors of Ipswich House Tour this Saturday, October 3rd from 10 am - 4 pm.
English barn architectural home with 1840's writer's cottage at spectacular location off Argilla.
In addition to going inside some of the most beautiful homes on the North Shore, the 2015 tour will showcase many of the wonderful features of Ipswich, including its scenic countryside, salt marshes and historical places. The homes featured will represent an astonishing range of architectural styles, from First and Second Period up to the latest in contemporary design.

Tickets are $25, children under 12 are free. Purchase tickets here until October 1st, after that tickets can be purchased on Saturday at the Ipswich Visitor Center, Hall Haskell House, 36 South Main Street/ Rte. 1A Ipswich from 9 am to noon.
ABOUT OPEN DOORS
The primary goal of this event is to support the Ipswich Visitor Center at the Hall‐Haskell House. All proceeds from the tour will benefit the many programs and services of the Center, which also provides information to the general public about Ipswich’s rich history. The organizing committee comprises citizen volunteers working together to help encourage Ipswich residents and out‐of‐town guests to explore the many wonderful aspects of town, from the vibrant local businesses, restaurants, attractions to the beautiful scenic destinations.
