Jill Neubauer Architects was established in 1994 and is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2019. The ten-person, design-focused firm’s projects include new modern homes, historic renovations, summer spaces, additions, and projects with regulatory challenges unique to the coastal environment of Cape Cod.
We work very closely with our clients to understand each client’s unique set of goals for their property so that we may successfully realize them. These criteria become the driving force of the design process. The final building is the result of our dedication to create a soulful, beautiful response to the interests of the owner and the context in which the structure exists.
Jill Neubauer Architects collaborates with consultants—landscape architects and engineers—to build an effective team. The design team enriches each project and ensures that the structure complements the client’s property by focusing on the relationship of space to each special site. We consider views and sight lines, sunlight, breezes, and environmental fragility in orienting and designing structures to ensure that the entire property is incorporated into the design.
A member of the AIA and USGBC, JNA designs using LEED best practices and embraces all aspects of sustainable design. “Every choice matters and impacts the owners, our community, and the earth.”
JNA’s work has been published extensively, both regionally and nationally. The firm was recognized with both gold and silver awards from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod in 2018.
