As a LEED accredited professional, he integrates green building concepts, innovative materials and energy saving principles into each project to reduce the impact on the environment. MASS Architect takes a design-build approach with a network of trusted builders, reliable engineers and rendering artists to bring each project to life. Nicholas Paolucci is privately insured, and professionally licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
After receiving your inquiry, Nick will meet with you at your home at no initial cost and propose a cost estimate within a day outlining the architectural fee and time required for drawing your custom home, addition or renovation. The construction budget, approximate square footage, and estimated drawing time required are all taken into account when providing a proposal. A plot plan/survey of the lot done by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer is typically required for any new home or addition before starting the architectural drawings. The design process is broken down in 4 phases: Existing Conditions, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. MASS Architect also provides Construction Administration services as required during the project build out to aid with any changes or questions the contractor may have regarding the design.
