Sally Wilson receives Excellence in Design Award

Principal of Wilson Kelsey Design, Sally Wilson, ASID is one of this year’s recipients of the ASID Excellence in Design Award.

The award is given to those who have made a significant contribution toward the advancement of the design profession and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life.

Giving back to the community has always been a priority for Sally. She has volunteered and worked with the North East Animal Shelter, Wenham Museum, Peabody Essex Museum, Historic Salem, Inc., and with the Room to Dream Foundation.

Sally attributes much of her success to the complimentary talent of her design partner and husband, John Kelsey. John and Sally started their design company after working together at an architectural firm. She says, “Having someone to share design conversations with is of a great importance. It helps you flesh out an idea, it pushes you to explore further…”

Sally also thanks her clients for their faith and trust in her to express many varied design visions and styles.

The design community is proud to have Sally part of it. Her work and dedication to beautiful designs and bettering the community is truly wonderful for all who are involved.
